Toddlers LOVE to learn. They love to explore, experiment, test, play, and create. Their little bodies are constantly going and growing, as are their minds.
I have created a list of 30+ activities for your toddler that will allow them to understand how our body receives sensory information. These activities will help them develop an understanding of the world around them and allow them to begin to label the sensory input they are receiving every day.
These unique, hands-on, whole-brain learning activities are created for toddlers with busy moms in mind. Meaning, they can be set up in a matter of minutes and require minimal (if any!) supplies. They are ALSO extremely beneficial for young, growing minds and are designed to continue to develop that love of learning in your child.

How are these activities organized?
Our 5 Senses Unit is organized into 5 categories.
Hearing
Sight
Smell
Touch
Taste
Within each category, you will receive at least one learning activity idea for 6 different learning concepts.
Math
Reading
Pre-Writing
Science or Social Studies
STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematics)
Sensory
This means you are getting a minimum of 30 engaging learning activities for your toddler!

What's inside the Unit?
Each activity is explained with brief, but clear instruction. YOU'RE BUSY! I get it! You don't have time to scroll all the way to the bottom of a blog to get to the good stuff (;
If you need any materials, it will be written at the top of the page before the directions so that you can decide before hand if you have what you need to complete the activity today, or save it for another time.
I also provide a picture of the activity when I can, so, you can see with a quick glance what the activity is.

Learning activities are a great way to connect with your toddlers and help them prepare for their education journey. Learning is so much fun and the pride your toddler will feel when they successfully learn a new skill, or discover a new interest is the absolute best thing to watch as a parent.
